Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days (or 14 days if preferred) of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

-Item must be unused and unworn
-Must be in original condition
-Must be in original packaging
-Proof of purchase/order number required
-Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of apparel printing, the following may not be returnable unless defective:

Customized or made-to-order items
Sale/clearance items
Gift cards
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received:

Damaged product
Wrong item
Misprinted product

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged, contact support.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After production/shipping starts, cancellation may not be possible.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
